Once the scope has been agreed to and the quote accepted, Optimum Projects strives to ensure this cost schedule is adhered to. If there are additional requirements or scope changes, our policy of open communication and commitment to the client ensures there is agreement on the way forward, and that all relevant costs (including those of suppliers and sub-contractors) are both transparent and agreed to by the client.
